DETAILS: Mohit Keni from Corben Architects was the lead architect who created this beautiful home for a busy & active young family.
Located on the Sydney Harbour foreshore there was special consideration for the harsh marine environment in the selection of robust light fittings made with marine grade stainless steel. Microfile LED lighting has been selectively used to high light timber cladding in both the garage/entry area and main entertaining areas. The internal staircase has strip LED integrated into the joinery to help create a dramatic floating effect.
The Genius downlight has been used into the main Living areas to provide maximum light with a minimal 20mm hole in the ceiling and therefore not detract from the stunning view over Sydney Harbour.
The I-Pipedi Outdoor Ceiling Light was the perfect solution for an outdoor eating area which required lighting fixed to an off-form concrete slab.
