BAVARIAN BIER CAFE SYDNEY CITY

DETAILS: The Bavarian Bier Cafe` in Central Sydney was one of the first of a chain of these venues which quickly popped up all over Sydney. The Dreamtime Australia design team did an amazing job converting one of Sydney’s most elegant rooms into a fun after work venue.

A key design detail to each of these venues is the bier stein chandelier located over the bar. The brief was to achieve an eye-catching light shattering sculpture without glare. The solution was custom rod downlights. This along with the high output LED strip lights and inground up lights combine to create a truly beautiful space and the precursor to the other venues in O’Connell Street and on Sydney’s Iconic Manly Wharf where Gineico Lighting was also used.
