DETAILS: Courtyard House 3, located on a corner site in Double Bay, is a thoughtfully designed family home by Stanic Harding architects and Interni Design. The architecture embraces the natural light and district views, with living spaces wrapping around a central courtyard, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas.
Inside, Interni Design carried the external palette’s subtle tones into the interiors, blending soft whites with bronze accents to create a cohesive and serene atmosphere. Richer colours and materials are revealed as you move deeper into the house, offering a sense of discovery and luxury in the more private spaces like the bedrooms and media room. The result is a contemporary home that balances functionality and elegance, providing a calm oasis for a growing family.
