Interni applied a considered and highly detailed design approach to breathe new life into a historic 1930s Double Bay building, transforming it into TDM Growth Partners’ modern workplace. Spanning 3,000 m² over three levels, the interiors balance heritage character with contemporary functionality.

To achieve a seamless architectural finish in the open reception spaces, Interni specified the Genius Twin Round, a trimless recessed downlight that disappears into the ceiling, leaving only the pure beam of light visible. This unobtrusive yet powerful fitting ensures consistent, glare-free illumination while maintaining the clean, minimalist aesthetic of the interior.

In the boardrooms, the Split Can Light was used to provide adaptable and precise lighting. Its directional design allows focused illumination of meeting tables and presentation areas, supporting functionality while preserving the elegant and understated atmosphere.
