DETAILS: This stunning block of 4 luxury apartments is north-east facing over Fairy Bower and Shelly Beach, stepping down the site over five levels. Each apartment occupies an entire level of the site, giving the impression that they are more like elevated houses than apartments. Internally, the beautiful views are framed through skylights, windows and screened internal winter gardens.
The building rises from the landscape on a solid sandstone base and features a custom designed assemblage of components including screens, light fittings (NYX frame downlights, I-Pipedi Wall Light, I-Pipedi Ceiling Light), bridges, boardwalks and eventually, concludes by breaking the sky with a dynamic expression of copper roof and wall elements.
The building complements the dynamic topography of the locality.
